Work at Korion
Why should you choose to work with us? It’s simple: we’re not just a bunch of people who make games. We’re a passionate team that values honest collaboration, trust and genuine freedom. With us, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting projects that you’ll actively help shape. We firmly believe that the best ideas come about when everyone can contribute their strengths.
Why work at Korion?
You’ll be working in modern offices in the heart of Ludwigsburg, nestled within the Kokolores Creative Collective alongside other cool studios and creative professionals, just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
Complete flexibility! We offer the option to work remotely up to 100% of the time (depending on the role).
No rigid 9-to-5 structures: thanks to flexible working hours and a trust-based working model, you can easily balance your personal life and important commitments with your job.
We organise fun team events such as escape rooms, blacklight mini-golf or bowling – naturally, these are always combined with a good meal and a beer or two afterwards.
Here are some questions we often receive from applicants. Please have a look before you submit your application.
You can find our current vacancies under the FAQ section.
Unfortunately not at the moment. We receive a lot of unsolicited applications in these areas, but we are not currently recruiting in them.
Please send your full application exclusively by email to career@korion.de. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications sent by post or to other email addresses, and these will be deleted immediately due to our privacy policy.
Grades aren’t our main focus. What matters much more to us is that you’re confident in using your tools, that you’re passionate about games and working on them – and that you’re a good fit for our diverse team.
We regularly convert former compulsory interns into working students. They are already familiar with our projects and are therefore able to deliver efficient results despite reduced working hours. As a rule, we do not fill specific roles without the candidate having previously completed an internship.
Absolutely! We’re always on the lookout for motivated talent – whether you’ve just left university or already have some work experience under your belt.
Once we have received your application, we will carefully review your documents. If we are interested, we will set you a short task to complete within a specified timeframe. If the result is satisfactory, we will contact you to arrange an initial interview – usually via video call.
Yes – we regularly offer mandatory internships as part of a degree course. Please make sure to state in your application that this is a compulsory work placement and how long it is due to last. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer voluntary work placements.
Everyone is welcome here! We are actively committed to diversity and inclusion – regardless of gender, age, background, religion, sexual orientation or disability. If you’re passionate about games and coding, you’ve come to the right place.
Please give us a little time – we respond to all applications manually. If you haven’t heard from us after two weeks, feel free to drop us a line – at career@korion.de, of course.
Yes, depending on your role, you can work up to 100% remotely with us! Whether you’re working from home or on the go, we believe in trust, clear communication and effective digital collaboration. We still hold regular face-to-face meetings and team events, so anyone who wants to is welcome to pop into the office from time to time.
